Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards

Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards with aluminium inlays are high-pressure composite materials based on duromer
high-pressure laminates (HPL) according to DIN EN 438 HGS.

Due to the use of aluminium strips in the board core, the stability and breaking strength become very high with
low board thickness and low weight. Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards with aluminium inlays can be sawn, milled,
drilled and punched without any problems.

Thanks to the integrated aluminium layer, Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards are absolutely steam-tight. The boards
offer high impact strength, low splitting risk and good heat dissipation properties. Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards
are compact boards with several aluminium core layers. The aluminium serves to increase the mechanical properties,
to provide improved stability at different climatic conditions on the front and back of the boards and/or as a decorative
element for tabletop edges, for instance. The surface properties of Dekodur Alu-Kompakt boards match those of Dekodur.

Dekodur AK100 / AK400 – from 3.00 mm to 12.00mm thickness
Dekodur AKA – standard thicknesses: 6.00; 8.00; 10.00; 12.00 mm
Dekodur AKQ – standard thicknesses: 6.00; 8.00; 10.00; 12.00 mm
Dekodur AKT – standard thicknesses: 6.00; 8.00; 10.00; 12.00 mm
Dekodur AKM – standard thicknesses: 6.00; 8.00; 10.00; 12.00 mm


Dekodur Alu-Kompakt is produced and delivered in the format 2440 x 1220 in thicknesses of 1.20-6.00 mm,
and in the format 3050 x 1220 mm in thicknesses of 1.20-12.00 mm.
