Because the environment is important to us, we at DEKODUR have been relying on the processing of natural and renewable raw materials for the production of our laminate panels for a long time. We are proud to be able to offer an ecologically valuable alternative to conventional HPL: DEKODUR ECO-HPL is an especially low-emission high-pressure laminate with a greatly reduced formaldehyde content . By using an innovative resin based on sugar cane instead of conventional phenolic resins, our product is phenol-free. Measurements by the Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie in Dresden showed formaldehyde emission values of 0.025 ppm and < 0.005 ppm, which are well below the relevant limit values. The product demonstrably meets the requirements of the AgBB scheme.
The core of the ECO-HPL laminate consists of 100% biological secondary components, which are obtained entirely from renewable raw materials. Compared to the conventional production of HPL, we thus contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution and make a significant contribution to climate protection through resource-saving production methods.
